Terms and Conditions for Bryght

  1. Terms By accessing the website at https://www.bryghtel.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained on this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
  2. Use License Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Bryght's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is a grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:
  • Modify or copy the materials;

  5. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Oklahoma, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.

Coaching Payment Policy

Session Fees:

  • 1:1 Coaching is billed at a rate of $30 per 15-minute increment.
  • ​1:1 Coaching Plan: Any additional coaching beyond the scheduled 1-hour session will be billed at $30 per 15-minute increment.
  • Executive Coaching is billed at a rate of $50 per 15-minute increment.
  • ​Executive Coaching Plan: Any additional coaching beyond the scheduled 1-hour session will be billed at $50 per 15-minute increment.
  • Sessions are rounded up to the next 15-minute block.
    • Example: If a session lasts 20 minutes, the client will be charged for 30 minutes.
  • If a shorter session is scheduled and paid for in advance, but the actual session exceeds that time, an invoice will be sent for the additional time, rounded up to the nearest 15-minute increment.
    • This invoice is due the same day.

Session Timing:

  • Coaching sessions begin at the scheduled time, not the time of arrival.
  • If a client is late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and full payment for the reserved time is required.

Refunds & Cancellations:

  • No refunds will be issued for any reason, including late arrivals or missed sessions.
  • Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. If not, the session is considered forfeited and still billable.
