Meet the Founder of Bryght: Wilhelmina Stöcker
I would like to introduce myself to you and share a little about my background.
My background:
Born and raised in The Netherlands, I began my professional journey in the Dutch Army, serving as a sergeant. This formative experience provided me with a solid foundation in leadership, discipline, and interpersonal skills. Transitioning to the corporate world, I worked with Dutch companies and American multinational enterprises, where I honed my expertise in navigating diverse business environments and multicultural teams.
My early exposure to leadership, combined with life experiences, ignited a deep interest in human psychology and the dynamics of interpersonal relationships. This passion, further shaped by the personal challenges of coping with the loss of loved ones, has given me the ability to view situations, interactions, and conflicts from unique perspectives.
Academically, I hold three business degrees—a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA), a Master of Science in Management and Leadership (MSML), and a Master of Business Administration (MBA)—which have refined my understanding of strategic thinking, organizational dynamics, and personal development.
Today, I leverage my personal experiences, academic background, and professional expertise to guide individuals in achieving greater self-awareness and unlocking their full potential. Through coaching and mentorship, I help clients gain clarity, improve their skills, and achieve meaningful results in their professional and personal lives. My goal is to hold up a mirror, empowering you to see where adjustments can enhance your actions and outcomes, so you can thrive in all aspects of your journey.
