Life experiences taught me valuable lessons about myself, my environment, and especially about my expectations. I am grateful for all the experiences that came and either surprised, excited, disappointed, or elevated me beyond my wildest hopes and dreams.

The curiosity about the psychological and deeper meaning of one's choices, interactions, and emotions have fascinated me for as long as I can remember. Being observant and consciously working on achieving a greater self-awareness led to the drive and motivations of sharing the learned, experienced, and received in the form of coaching and teachings.
