About Wilhelmina
Wilhelmina is an author, certified hypnotist, transformational hypnotist, life coach, intuitive, artist, spiritual teacher, and business consultant dedicated to helping people and businesses discover their potential, create meaningful transformation, and bring their vision into reality.
Her intentional spiritual journey began in 1998 following the loss of her fiancé in a car accident. Through profound grief, she was drawn into a deeply personal journey of healing, self-discovery, and spiritual awakening. What began as a search for connecting with her loved one and her guided and inner drive to understanding her multi-dimensional connection better, became a lifelong exploration of consciousness, intuition, the inner Self, and our connection to something greater.
In 2003, Wilhelmina founded Xsist, creating a platform through which she could share her teachings and encourage others to explore their own awareness and potential. She is the author of Xsist – For Reflection and Contemplation with Your Inner-Self (2005) and Self-Awareness – Rediscovering Your Truth (2010).
A Certified Hypnotist and Certified Transformational Hypnotist through the Eastburn Institute of Hypnosis, Wilhelmina works with individuals and groups worldwide through hypnosis, life coaching, intuitive readings, spiritual workshops, and transformational programs. Her work centers on self-awareness, self-love, self-empowerment, and inner freedom, helping people recognize limitations and discover possibilities beyond them.

Wilhelmina also brings her extensive background in business, leadership, and marketing to her work as a business consultant. She helps entrepreneurs and start-ups transform ideas into professional, recognizable businesses by guiding them through business development, branding, website creation, digital presence, marketing strategy, social media, and other foundational elements needed to establish and grow a business. Her approach combines strategic business knowledge with creativity and an understanding of the person and purpose behind the business.
She is also the creator of the Personal Acceleration Program, a transformative series designed to help participants uncover their unique abilities, move beyond self-imposed limitations, and develop a deeper connection with themselves and All That Is.
As an intuitive artist, Wilhelmina creates her paintings “from soul to canvas.” Her artwork invites viewers to pause, reflect, and connect with something within themselves, often serving as a personal mirror through which meaning, recognition, comfort, or inspiration may emerge.
Born and raised in the Netherlands and living in the United States since 2001, Wilhelmina has worked with people and businesses from many backgrounds around the world. She brings together her diverse life experiences, professional training, business expertise, creativity, and intuitive perspective to create spaces where people can learn, explore, create, and transform.
Whether through a spiritual workshop, hypnosis session, personal development program, artwork, or business consultation, her intention remains the same: to help others recognize their potential and move toward a more empowered expression of who they are.
